Renovation of a municipal facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

PROJECT No. 51067, P08004, C02-0010, 08003, 80000503 This federally reimbursable project includes replacement and upgrades to the existing mechanical heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment damaged during the 2018 earthquake. This includes replacing two central air handlers, return fans, louvres, heat exchangers, pumps, and associated ductwork in the penthouse mechanical room. The work also includes an Enhancement option to replace the two building relief fans and associated silencers located in the penthouse. The Engineers Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 31, 2023. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Basic Bid Summary of Work: This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to demolish the existing and install new mechanical HVAC equipment and ductwork at the Boney Courthouse as described in the Contract Documents
