PROJECT No. 51067, P08004, C02-0010, 08003, 80000503 This federally reimbursable project includes replacement and upgrades to the existing mechanical heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment damaged during the 2018 earthquake. This includes replacing two central air handlers, return fans, louvres, heat exchangers, pumps, and associated ductwork in the penthouse mechanical room. The work also includes an Enhancement option to replace the two building relief fans and associated silencers located in the penthouse. The Engineers Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be July 31, 2023. Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a bid/proposal should contact the TTD number: (907) 269-0473, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
