Site work for a water / sewer project in Norfolk, Virginia. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 2021, the project is in early design and general contractor bidding is expected in October 2022. The Project or Work consists of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) in-situ rehabilitating approximately 2,413 linear feet of 18-inch diameter gravity sewer pipe; rehabilitating approximately 18 manholes; replacingapproximately 63 manhole frame and covers with associated milling and pavement restoration for seven (7) manhole frames located in the pavement; installing approximately seven (7)external manhole vents; maintenance of traffic; site restoration; and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein.
