Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 556,000-square-foot, 42-story above grade, 645-unit multi-residential development; 11,000-square-foot, one-story above grade day care center; two-story below grade parking garage; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Construction of 2 residential towers - 27 and 42 storeys with a total of 645 units, including affordable housing units. Ground floor includes a community space, childcare centre, and residential amenities + indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Project also proposes the redevelopment of a 2-level parking structure with vehicle 266 spaces. Site is located on Scarborough Town Centre lands adjacent to Scarborough Civic Centre Library. TIMELINE: Preliminary designs are complete. Rezoning approvals are in place from the city of Toronto. At this time, a timeline to for the owner to issue a Request for Proposals to select a development partner is undetermined. Further update summer 2026.
