Construction of co-op development with 2 towers linked by a shared podium (40 storeys; 417 units + 18 storeys; 195 units) for a total of 612 residential units with a 4-storey podium with above grade parking and retail at grade + indoor and outdoor amenities. TIMELINE: Owner is finalizing site plan approvals from the city of Toronto. A ceremonial ground breaking ceremony has recently taken place. Sub trades will be secured by invitation only. *Application by CGWIN Development Management Inc., as agent for Kennedy Green Non-Profit Co-Operative Inc. *Federal government has pledged 289 million towards the entire project, which includes Phase 2; details are followed on a separate report. *CreateTO-led project on City-owned land was also made possible through an over 35 million investment by the City.
