Site work for a water / sewer project in Cantonment, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Phase II consists of installing approximately 1400 linear feet of storm water pipe along with accompanying drainage structures. Video capabilities or a microphone are not required to listen to the meeting or submit questions via Microsoft Teams' chat feature. Each offer shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total offer. The County shall require the successful offeror(s) to furnish separate performance and payment bonds, under pledge of adequate surety and covering up 100% of the dollar value of award on the forms provided by the County. This project phase shall be substantially complete within 120 calendar days from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The bidder agrees to complete all work within 30 days consecutive days from the date of substantial completion for a total project time of 150 days. Liquidated damages of $1000.00 each day will be assessed for each day that completion of the project is delayed.
