Construction of a public safety communications site including but not limited to site preparation, foundations, erecting an owner furnished 180' communications tower, setting owner furnished communications shelter, and installing owner furnished generators and fencing. These projects each include but are not limited to: site preparation, fencing, constructing a communication tower foundation, erecting a C800 supplied Saber communications tower including installing antenna mounts, constructing a communication structure foundation and setting a C800 supplied Thermobond communication structure, installing a C800 supplied Kolher emergency generator, furnishing and installing a 1,000gal propane tank, furnishing and installing the electrical service, and a grounding system. The engineer's estimate for this project is between $225,000 and $250,000. Security Amount. The Bid shall be accompanied by Bid security of five (5) percent of the Bidder's Bid, consisting of the base Bid together with all additive alternates. There Will Not Be a Pre-bid Conference.
