Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,647-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

All bidders will receive copy of bidders list and bid totals by the end of the next business day. Unless for any unforeseen reason or error in bidder's submittal, bid awarding will be based on low bid and schedule. The project includes utilities, grading, prep and construction of the following: Maintenance Building: 5,260 sq. ft. on level 1 and 1,787 sq. ft. on level 2 of pre-engineered building. Concrete slab on grade having 3-vehicular storage bays and support space; restrooms, locker room break room, mechanical/electrical rooms, laundry room and break-out area for employee data input. The pre-engineered structure sits on a perimeter concrete wall. The exterior finishes are pre-finished composite insulated metal wall and pre-finished insulated composite roof panels. The interior partitions dividing spaces are framed in 2x4 wood framing with scheduled finish. The level 2 floor system is concrete over metal decking. The support structure for level 2 is by the pre-engineered building manufacturer. Salt Storage Building: 1,600 sq. ft. of pre-engineer building. Exterior finishes are pre-finished metal wall and pre-finished metal roof panels. The pre-engineered structure sits on a perimeter concrete wall. One end of the structure is opened to allow loader access. The interior is a concrete slab on grade. Technical questions may be directed to the Project Manager up to 24 hours before bids are due. It is encouraged that all bidders thoroughly ready through all provided materials related to the project in order to provide a valid bid. No bid bond required.
