The Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation is requesting sealed bids for the abatement and demolition of structures located at 42 Elmer Street and 48 Broad Street in Lyons, NY 14489. The properties are vacant and owned by the Wayne County Regional Land Bank Corporation. The Land Bank disclaims any responsibility that representations made regarding conditions or quantities of materials will remain as they were when reviewed by the bidders during the bidding period, prior to award of the contract, or during the course of the work. The demolition of the 42 Elmer Street property will require a Right-of-Entry permit from CSX Transportation Inc. The selected Contractor shall obtain the Right-of-Entry permit from CSX at his own expense. No work will allowed to commence until the Right-of-Entry permit has been obtained by the selected Contractor and submitted to the owner for his review and acceptance. It is the policy of the Land Bank that Small Business Enterprises (SBE), Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) are afforded the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts.
