The Division C Base Bid consists of installation of the taxiway edge lighting system for Taxiways B & C, and southern half of parallel Taxiway A. Work consists of, but is not limited to, installation of cable and counterpoise systems, installation of taxiway edge lights, and installation of constant current regulator. The Division C Additive Bid #1 consists of installation of the taxiway edge lighting system for the northern half of parallel Taxiway A. Work consists of, but is not limited to, installation of cable and counterpoise systems, and installation of taxiway edge lights. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the bid has been opened. The Lawrence County Board of Aviation Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and to reject any and all bids.
