Bid amount received $310,569.71 Performance on all labor, in compliance with Section 4115.03 through 4115.14 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the furnishing of all materials, tools, machinery, and appliances required for the 2020 Spencer Township Road Improvements. This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. The rejuvenation of surface courses shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications, the applicable drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of this contract.
