The City of Leesburg, Florida invites qualified and experienced Contractors to submit response for providing all the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision for providing and installing NEW gas-powered emergency power generators at SIX (6) lift station sites at various locations within the City. Details and specifications are outlined within the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package. This project is receiving federal funding through Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEDERAL CONTRACT PROVISIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT. FEDERAL DAVIS-BACON ACT MINIMUM WAGES ARE APPLICABLE TO THE CONSTRUCTION PORTION/COSTS ON THIS PROJECT. Estimate of Project Magnitude: $285,000.00 to $295,900.00 PANDEMIC TWO STEP PROCESS The City has implemented a new two step process for our Construction Invitation for Bids. The new process includes an Application phase. Following the Application phase participating Contractors will be known to the City. This will allow the City to efficiently and effectively schedule site visit appointments in accordance with government directives for meeting sizes.
