The Project consists of constructing milling existing asphalt, possibly undercutting weak soil, and approximately 4,000 tons of asphalt paving. Minority Business Enterprise Solicitation Requirements - N/A Pre-Bid Conference - N/A A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder's base Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available on compact disc (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $0 including shipping via overnight express service. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $0 per set, payable to 'West Consultants, PLLC'. Estimated Cost: Base Bid and Alternate Bids - $752,500 Town will only award up to $450,000 of the contract.
