Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clarkfield, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing 220 lf of steel casing by boring and jacking, 5,000 lf open cut watermain, 1,200 lf sewer lining, 27,000 lf sanitary sewer, 11,800 lf storm sewer, 103,800 SY bituminous paving, and wastewater pond aeration equipment replacement. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office ; the office of the Clarkfield City Clerk/Treasurer at 812 Tenth Avenue, Suite 1, Clarkfield, MN Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; or may be purchased The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
