*Award amount was not released for publication. *Construction is complete. The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bid (RFB) on behalf of the City of Kawartha Lakes, to select a qualified contractor to undertake the interior recoating of the Bobcaygeon Water Tower. Bobcaygeon Water Tower recoating and rehabilitation project also includes various safety and miscellaneous upgrades. The successful Bidder is expected to complete the following main Works: - Remove existing interior coating of the Bobcaygeon Composite Elevated Tank (the "Tank") by sandblasting and apply a new coating system on the interior surface - Repaint roof handrail on the Tank - Install new fall arrest system on various ladders, and various other safety upgrades - Open the exterior cladding at selected locations in order to inspect the exterior coating system Documents can be obtained from https://ontariotenders.app.jaggaer.com send any questions via email to James Su at jsu@ocwa.com and Rashmi Vatish at procurement@ocwa.com before March 18, 2021, at 2:00:00 pm Toronto Time.
