That Fine Arts Holdings, LLC has applied to Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval with associated variance relief to construct a single building for a catering business with two apartments on the second floor. This property is located at Brick, New Jersey, also known as Block 645.01, Lot 107 as shown on the official tax map of Brick Township. The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements: Minimum front yard setback of 20 ft is required, whereas 19.5 ft is proposed; Parking spaces required to be 10'x18' whereas 9'x18' are proposed; Parking access aisle of 25 ft is required, whereas 24 ft is proposed; All parking lots shall be a minimum 20 ft from a right of way line; A 3 ft high earthen landscape berm is required along faces of parking lots that face a public right of way; 30 parking stalls are required, whereas 16 spaces are proposed; A 25 ft buffer is required, whereas 20 ft is proposed; Drainage basins shall not be constructed within a front yard setback; Trash enclosure should not be located within any front yard area. The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers as required by law or Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications. The Board Chairman will limit public comments to 10 minutes per person. We ask that if you have questions of the applicant prepared, that you email them to the Board Secretary at poneill@twp.brick.nj.us prior to the meeting. Your questions will be acknowledged and read into the record and answered. If you have information or exhibits you wish to be considered and entered into the record, you will have to email them to the Board Secretary poneill@twp.brick.nj.us in advance of the meeting so that they may be marked into evidence. If you would like to view the files in person, you may schedule an appointment between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to come to the Brick Municipal Building at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723. You will be permitted to access the building through the Police Department entrance. Your temperature will be taken and you will be able to view the files in a secure location or pick-up a copy of the files if arranged earlier with the Board Secretary. If you wish a particular file to be emailed or mailed to you, you must request that with 72 hours advanced notice.
