As of October 21, 2020, four firms have been selected and awarded. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. It is the Universitys intent to engage up to four (4) firms to provide consulting design services for these projects. The anticipated work will cover a wide range of project types and locations on the UC Davis Health campus. Special emphasis will be given to complicated renovation projects with highly technical equipment requirements in a healthcare or research environment. Construction costs could vary from $400,000 to $5,000,000. The selected firms will be expected to sign an Executive Design Professional Agreement that will include a maximum fee of $5,000,000 for the provision of all basic services. Depending on the number and scope of the renovation projects that the University needs, all or part of the maximum fee amount may be expended. Fees for individual projects or groups of projects will be negotiated as the projects are initiated. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
