Site work and paving for a civil project in Hemet, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the grind and overlay of several residential streets as listed below. The work will include mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, site preparation and street sweeping, removal and reconstruction of ADA ramps, crack filling, , grinding and overlaying the existing AC street, restriping of all traffic markings, installation of all traffic legends in a thermoplastic application, installation of all raised pavement markers, storm water and erosion control, public notification, and other miscellaneous work, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary for the project as described in these documents and shown on the project plans. *A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier check payable to the City of Hemet, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for performance and payment bonds acceptable to the Agency.
