Project Description The work to be performed by CONSULTANT consists of strip acquisitions of varying width for the construction of bike lanes planter strips and sidewalks. The project consists of 11 parcels with an acquisition need of approximately 10,000 sf in Right of Way easements and 3,000 sf in temporary construction easements.
