The awarded contractor is required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the quoted price. Include the cost of these bonds in the quote price. The Substantial Completion is required August 7, 2020 and Final Project Completion August 14, 2020. Shall this project construction not achieve Final Completion as determined by the DMPS or the Architect by August 14, 2020 the Owner has the option to terminate the contractor and have the project completed by the Contractor's Bonding Company.
