Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Roeland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a swimming pool.
As of July 24 , 2020 the Roeland Park, Kansas Pool Improvements project was awarded to Royal Construction Services, LLC and the award amount was $1,594,755. A start date has not been determined yet. Construction of aquatic center renovations, feature additions, piping, pumps, and treatment equipment. Water features include water slides, water spray features, play structure and other related items. Improvements to existing buildings include painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC items and building gutters, downspouts and fascia replacement. Site work includes demolition of two water slides, two small pool basins and related pump pits, walks and fencing, along with new fencing, concrete deck, and other site related work. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
