On the mezzanine level of HEDCO Building remodel 2 science labs; enclose existing electrical panels into a new electrical room; provide an accessible route to the mezzanine level by lowering an existing framed flooring on an adjacent room, reinforcing underside of existing slab and constructing a ramp to the mezzanine level; provide new storefront in areas shown in plan. Coordinate with concurrent remodel of lab 214 shown in these drawings but not part of the contract. Note that this Building is on the Historical Registry.
