Correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than November 8, 2024 The final acceptance of the works is scheduled for December 2, 2024 Note that the presence of the person in charge (concierge) of the EMSB is required throughout the
work, the time spent after the regular schedule will be billed to the Contractor according to the rates indicated in 3.3 of the Special Requirements.
