Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huntersville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Project includes, but is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing asphalt courts, subbase, fencing, gates, sidewalks, tennis nets, and tennis post as well as the installation of new subbase, asphalt courts, court lines, tennis posts/nets, fencing, sidewalks and gates. Bid bonds, payment bonds and performance bonds will not be required for this Project. Copies of the Contract Documents may be examined at the Huntersville Department of Recreation, Huntersville, North Carolina 28078 If awarded, the Project will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder, taking into account quality, performance and time specified in the Contract Documents. The lowest, responsive, responsible bid will be determined based upon the lowest cost to the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in the Bid Proposal and to reject any or all Bid Proposals.
