Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in North York, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 1,800-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The Oriole Yards Study has identified a plan for relocating existing City uses from the site to free the lands for development. Scope of work may include construction of an estimated 1,800 residential units in a mix of towns and apartments. There will be a total of 603 affordable units. TIMELINE: Project is on hold in the pre-development stage. CreateTO is working with the Housing Now initiative to develop this site; scope of work has yet to be finalized. Delivery and construction targeted for 2029 with 2033 completion. Further update spring 2026.
