This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality ("HRM") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Engineering Consulting Services for Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing, geotechnical investigations (boreholes and ground penetrating radar (GPR)) and subsequent pavement rehabilitation designs / recommendations for various streets throughout HRM, as further described in the RFP Deliverables. Deadline for Questions June 12, 2020 Deadline for Issuing Addenda June 17, 2020 For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" shall be: Name/Title Gary Carpentier, Senior Procurement Consultant Email address carpeng@halifax.ca Telephone (902) 471-1254 Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of HRM, other than the RFP Contact or their designates, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
