Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Work described in this RFP comprises the design and construction of major repairs of the existing South pier and South marginal wharf, demolition of an existing condemned building, regrading and new asphalt surface at the existing site yard, new floating dock infrastructure at the North end of the site and extensive electrical upgrades to service the marine infrastructure. All new infrastructure is expected to be designed and constructed to enhance operational and servicing capacity, accessibility and adapt to climate change projections.
