Site work and new construction of a civil project in Merritt Island, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project, Hall Road Pump Station consists of the construction of a new stormwater pump station on East Hall Road in North Merritt Island. The work includes the construction of a prefabricated concrete building housing two electric/diesel engine driven hydraulic drives serving two submersible hydraulic pumps, construction of a sump including a new culvert crossing Hall Road, and related work including site work, site piping, fuel storage, electrical service, fencing, water main/force main/reclaimed main relocation and other work. The project also includes the replacement of an existing mosquito control sheet pile control weir system and earthwork improvements to an existing mosquito control impoundment basin. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
