Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 2,100 LF of 4-inch thru 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 1,300 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 2,200 LF of 24-inch thru 48-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 600 LF of 4-inch thru 18-inch non-potable water line and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 9,300 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation 6. Approx. 8,600 SY of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement 7. Approx. 5,700 LF of reinforced concrete curb The furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to the "Construction of Bridgeland Parkland Village Section 48 Water Distribution System, Sanitary Sewer System, Storm Sewer System, Non-Potable Water Distribution and Street Paving." A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
