**As of July 15, 2020, the project is already been awarded but the information of the awarded bidder is not yet confirmed.** Con Tech Building Systems, Inc is soliciting bids from the certified M/WBE & SDVOB firms for the Castorland Fire Department Renovation Project. All firms are encouraged to bid. project site visit by the bidder or his representative is required. This site visit conformation will be provided on the Building Bid Form. Due to project funding requirements, the contractor must pursue subcontracting to W/MBE companies where possible. NYS prevailing wage rates are not required for this project. The project is located at the existing Castorland Fire Co. Inc. (CFC) property at 5187 NYS Rte. 410, Castorland, NY. The project building is to be located to the left of the existing station and is to be attached to the newly constructed building.
