Rax Jung The goal of the Department's Under-Utilization strategy is to encourage and promote use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Small Businesses in areas of work where they have been under-used. Under-Utilization is defined by FDOT as 25% or less utilization level in a Work Group, which may vary by district. This contact contains two PD&E Studies.: 1) Widen Western Beltway (SR 429) from Interstate 4 (I-4)/SR 400 to Seidel Road in Orange and Osceola Counties. 2) Poinciana Parkway (SR 538) Extension from CR 532 to I-4/SR 429 in Osceola County. Improvements and modifications to the existing interchanges , including I-4, Sinclair Road, US192/SR 530, Western Way, and Seidel Road within the project limits, as well as possible future access locations will be studied. This contract may include a future option for design services. FPID: 446164-1-22-01; 446581-1-22-01 Technical Panel Session were held on Monday, 5/4/2020.
