Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Saint-Paul, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provide removal of designated hazardous materials identified in the attached appendices. .2 Demolish existing buildings including foundations and site finishes. .3 Remove, cap and terminate utilities as required by local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. .4 Grade remaining property to permit drainage. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered.
