Remodeling of a water / sewer project in Golden, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following: Installation of an ultraviolet (UV) disinfection system at their wastewater treatment plant, located in Golden, CO. The UV system will be installed inside an existing 20 foot by 25 foot concrete basin. Major work items include concrete work involving demolition of a portion of the concrete deck and concrete forming inside the basin to construct the UV channels, construction of a building above the basin, and installation of the UV equipment. Ancillary electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation and control work will be required for the building/treatment system. See the Summary of Work for equipment that has been pre-purchased by the Owner. The work has an anticipated construction cost of $300k - $450
