New Band Hall / Music Building A Bid Bond or Cashier Check in the amount of 5% of the highest combination price shall be submitted with the Price Proposals. All submitting Contractors will provide 100% payment bond and 100% performance bond as part of base bid pricing for this contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and/or informalities and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
