The work covered by this Statement of Work consists of all services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to construct a 6000 Gross SF General Instruction Building at the Greenlief Training Site, in Hastings, Nebraska. Project to include new climate controlled, metal framed structure (approximately 75' x 80' one story facility) which can incorporate several multi-functional classrooms, designed with flexible use spaces, common space area, male and female latrines, associated plumbing, water lines and sanitary sewer alterations, a sealed floor, mechanical room, HVAC, and insulation, drywall, interior finishes and electrical throughout.
