Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Sackville, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This work generally consists of the construction of watermain, sanitary and storm sewer, street reconstruction and all related appurtenances. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% or a certified cheque in the amount of 15% of the total tendered price payable to the Town of Sackville, must accompany the tender. Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulations and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act. Plans and tender documents may be purchased for the sum of $150.00 per set.
