Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Project consists of replacing the existing ground mounted air-cooled chiller. Description of the Base Bid is to include the following items of work: 1. The Base Bid includes the demolition of the existing air-cooled chiller and appurtenances and replacement as shown on the documents. Contract Type: A single prime contract based on a Stipulated Sum on State of Oklahoma CAP Form A101. If the bid exceeds $50,000, a cashier check, a certified check or surety bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded.
