Renovation of a residential development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Work shall commence within 10 business days of contract and completed within 2 weeks of start date. Description Furnish labor, materials, and services necessary to repair/reconstruct stone and masonry columns and wall at the Parklawn Development located at 4340 N. 46th St (Southside stainway area of the Parklawn Cyberschool in the exterior playground area near the school Library). Refer to provided photos of pre-existing wall and columns as basis of scope to be restored. Provide stone and mortar and install to match existing walls in size, color, and design pattern. - -Replace 2 stone columns including any preparation of existing wall and provide and install 2 new cut cap stones for columns. Provide and install 2 half-round stone details at South base of each column. -Repair east stair wall including any necessary tuck pointing within the stairway and new cap stones. -Rebuild West stair wall (to footing if necessary) including any necessary tuck pointing within the stainway and new cap stones. -Remove lower concrete landing of stairway (approximately 4'x4') and 2 damaged gate posts. Posts to be reinstalled by others by different contract. After posts are installed, reinstall new concrete landing (4" @ 3,000 psi, compacted stone base, wire mesh reinforced, metal dowels into stair base and existing concrete walk, broom finish). -Remove and dispose of any existing wall stone/rubble from original damage.
