As of August 10 2020, this project has an awarded bidder. This project is funded with State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation - Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) funds. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 2,600 CY - Common Excavation. 3 Each - Storm Manholes (48", 60", 96"). 185 LF - 36" RCP Storm Sewer Replacement. 69 LF - 12" RCP Storm Sewer. 1,480 LF - 4" Storm Lateral. 10,393 SF - Remove Sidewalk. 11,262 SF - 4" Concrete Sidewalk. 2,785 LF - Remove and Replace Curb & Gutter. 5,136 SF - Remove Concrete Driveway Apron. 7,234 SF - 7" Concrete Driveway Apron and Sidewalk. 2,920 TN - Crushed Aggregate Base Course. 1,470 TN- HMA Pavement. 14 Each - Inlet Protection. 2,391 SY - Lawn Restoration. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Village of Jackson reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
