The Zwicker property on Lunenburg, Nova Scotia's working waterfront is envisioned to be a centre of recreational marine visitation and activity, supported by a land side marina reception, washrooms and facilities, as well as private sector food and beverage/retail destination. Develop Nova Scotia is planning a substantial renovation of the property to enable occupancy and secure long-term tenants - ground floor retail/food and beverage, and upper floors for marine business/office use. Work described in this RFP comprises the design and construction of major repairs of Level 1, Building envelope, site development works, and extensive electrical and mechanical upgrades to service the building. All new infrastructure is expected to be designed and constructed to enhance accessibility.
