Renovation of a water / sewer project in Trenton, New Jersey. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of Trenton is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. from qualified consultants/contractors (the "Respondent" or "Respondents") to design and provide bid services for a Super Pulsator (SuperP) Washdown System for the City of Trenton, Division of Water and Sewer (also known as Trenton Water Works - TWW), Water Filtration Plant located on Route 29 South, in Trenton NJ. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to igarcia@trentonnj.org. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975,c127(N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq). The contract will be in the form of a professional services contract executed between the City of Trenton and the selected Respondent. All work shall be performed on a lump sum basis. At the City's discretion, the payment schedule proposed by the selected Respondent or Respondents and the term of the contract will be for a period of one (1) year. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
