A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Questions Regarding Request for Statement of Qualifications to Be Emailed Only to: Manager@breckenridgemi.com the Village of Breckenridge Invites Statements of Qualifications, Experience, and Interest From Qualified Engineering Consultants for Providing All Required Surveying, Grant Administration, Preliminary and Final Design, and Construction Engineering Services for the Breckenridge Technology Park Expansion Project. The Rfq Will Be Limited to a Total of 10 Pages. Breckenridge Technology Park Expansion Rfq: 6-19-2020 the Village of Breckenridge Will Conduct an Evaluation of the Statements of Qualifications. The Evaluation Will Be Made on the Following Basis: Qualifications and Experience of the Project Team Members Proposed. Previous Technology and Industrial Park Experience. Previous Grant Administration Experience With Eda and Usda. Familiarity With the Breckenridge Area. Firm's Capacity to Complete the Project. The Intended Project Will Consist of the Following: Expansion of the Technology Park on Lands Owned by the Village Immediately East of the Current Development. (See Attached Map for Expansion Area) Extension of Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, Storm Sewer, Street Lighting, Gas, Electric, Fiber Within the Expansion Area. Extension of the Streets Within the Area That Will Consist of Hma Pavement and Concrete Curb and Gutter. Creation of a Site Condominium for the Expansion Area. The Statement of Qualifications Received Will Be Reviewed and Evaluated by the Village Staff. The Firm Determined to Be Most Qualified Will Be Recommended to the Village Council to Complete This Project. It is the Intention of the Village to Retain the Selected Firm in July 2020. The Village Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject All Rfqs, Waive Any Informalities and Award the Contract to the Most Qualified Firm. Statement of Qualifications Must Include the Following Information: a. Experience With Industrial and Technology Park Development. Provide a Description and Location of These Types of Projects Completed. B. Experience in Assisting Communities With Obtaining Grants and Providing Grant Administration Services. C. Projects Previously Completed in the Breckenridge Area. D. Organization Chart Showing Staff Assigned for Each Portion of the Project. Projects Previously Completed in the Breckenridge Area.
