Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sevierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Project includes sandblasting, surface preparation and painting of all interior and exterior surfaces for a 500,000 gallon steel elevated storage tank located on Fred Bryan Road in Sevierville, TN. The pedesphere bottom height of the tank is 106.5 ft and the overflow height is 144 ft. The interior and exterior coatings are below EPA limits for lead in paint and therefore does not require special disposal requirements. Due to the proximity of the tank to surrounding structures, full containment with top cap [Class 3A] will be required. This tank can only be out of service for a minimal amount of time (60 consecutive calendar days), therefore multiple crews may be necessary to complete the work. Questions must be received by June 16, 2020 so that responses may be posted as an addendum to the proposal specifications.
