The subject project is for the renovation of the office spaces of Bldg. 17 located at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI. The work includes but is not limited to the demolition of some of the existing space with the intent of modifying the space for current mission and space utilization requirements. The work includes substantial upgrades to the electrical and mechanical systems of the office spaces. The project will include brand name justifications for Automated Logic DDC, Best Door cores, and Simplex 5000 series locks The projects magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.00 This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The following NAICS code 236220 will apply with the Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. This project will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. The successful contractor will be chosen via Invitation for Bid procedures that result in the best value to the Government. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
