New construction of a water / sewer project in Ione, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the installation of a full perimeter guard rail with self-closing gate on the existing welded potable water tank at the Camanche North Shore Recreation Area. East Bay Municipal Utility District (District) intends to award a contract to the lowest priced bidder whose response meets the District’s requirements. a. Design and engineering of a complete perimeter guard rail system with self-closing gate. b. The removal of the existing partial guardrail system or modification of the existing system as necessary for utilization as part of the new full guardrail system. c. Installation of a new self-closing gate. d. Repair of the exterior coating damaged by the work of this project. e. Repair of the interior coating damaged by the work of this project. f. Cleaning and disinfection of the tank upon completion of work.
