*The RFP Tabulation Committee recommends that the pool be awarded to Urban Engineers, Stantec Consulting Services, T & M Associates, NV5, Remington & Vernick Engineers II, Gibson Associates, and Van Note-Harvey Associates for engineering services on an as needed basis commencing on July 29, 2020 for a period of one year with two one-years options to renew. Questions regarding these specifications must be directed in writing to Eric J. Rickards via email at eric.rickards@co.cape-may.nj.us fax to (609) 465-6583. Deadline for questions is FRIDAY JUNE 19TH, 2020 @ 12:00 noon. The initial term of the pool shall be for One (1) Year commencing, upon execution by the County, on or about July 14, 2020. Furthermore, pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:11-15, there shall be an option for two (2) additional one (1) year options at the same terms and conditions. This contract extension shall automatically take effect, unless the County notifies the vendor in writing of its intent not to extend for the additional contract terms. Said notice shall be sent Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, via U.S. mail and shall be received by the vendor no later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the existing contract term. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
