Design and Construction Management requires general contracting services for the interior renovation of Science Laboratory Room SW435, located on the fourth floor of the Science Wing building at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus. Design and Construction Management requires general Contracting services for the interior renovation of approximately 65 square meters of laboratory space for the Department of Biological Sciences on the fourth floor of the Science Wing Building. Work included is as follows: - Selective abatement of floor mastic as needed during demolition and coring for new floor drain. - Demolition and removal of existing mechanical ducting. - Painting and patching of existing walls, and installation of new casework. Rebuilding of existing mechanical trench support, patching repair of existing flooring. - New power and data outlets. - New floor drain.
