Site work for a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of improvements to the Dick's Creek Lift Station in Franklin Township. Improvements include replacement of submersible pumps, piping modifications, electrical and instrumentation upgrades, HVAC improvements, new carport, and roof replacement. Contact the Warren County Commissioners Office at (513) 695-1250 should you need assistance in accessing the bidding information on the County website The Board of Warren County Commissioners reserve the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids. The estimated contract value is $1,250,000. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for the base bid work is $1,800,000. No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing to Chris Wojnicz at Christopher.Wojnicz@co.warren.oh.us To be given consideration all questions must be received by 5:00 pm on Thursday February 23, 2023.
