**As of August 24, 2021, project has been awarded in the amount of $914,536.01. The Peach County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Building Renovation and Addition to the Existing Peach County Health Department. Exterior - Addition to enclose the existing drive-thru for a new lobby / restrooms with an accessible entrance. - Repair and painting of existing building siding. - Parking modifications for handicapped accessible spaces. - Site signage at front entrance. Interior - Renovate existing spaces including: flooring, painting, ceilings and cabinetry/countertops - New mechanical systems for renovated spaces. - New lighting, electrical devices to meet NEC. Contract, if awarded, will be on lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after time has been called on date of bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to Peach County, Georgia, Board of Commissioners, in amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Both a Performance and Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price.
