New construction of a medical facility in Sacaton, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility.

As of 10/16/2020 this project is under construction. *Kindly request all communication to be directed to the Arviso-Okland preconstruction team, and not the project owner, architects, or design teams. This is a design-build project currently under contract for a new 50,000 square foot replacement building for the Behavioral Health Department at the HuHuKam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, AZ. The program includes Counseling, Therapy, General Administration, Conference space and associated lobby and circulation spaces. Construction is currently underway for Phase 1 of the project, utility relocation. There are limited parameters regarding the building design as follows: The building will be a 3-story structure. The building exterior skin will include metal panels, perforated metal panel screens, EIFS and stone veneer. Based on the building design, roof is located above the third level and portions of the second level. Phase 2B: Building Envelope Package This bid package is meant to capture the complete building envelope, including the roof, exterior glass, metal panels, EIFS, associated waterproofing and sealants, stone veneers and exterior doors. Additional bid packages will be released in the future for interior buildout, a new parking lot and exterior elements.
