Bidsleucadia Wastewater Districtfiscal Year 2020 Gravity Sewer Repair/ Quebrada Realignment Project the Leucadia Wastewater District (Owner) is Requesting Bids From Qualified Contractors for the Owners Fiscal Year 2020 Gravity Sewer Repair / Quebrada Realignment Project (Project) Which Includes All Labor, Materials, Services, and Equipment Necessary to Install New Pvc Sewer Pipes, Dig and Repair Existing Sewer Pipes, Vertical Realignment of Existing Sewer Facilities, Install New Manholes, Rehabilitate and Rechannel Existing Manholes, Provide Traffic Control, Provide and Maintain a Means to Keep Existing Sewer System in Service During Construction, Remove and Properly Dispose of Any Existing Facilities That Are to Be Replaced, Obtain Encroachment Permits, and Complete All Trench Resurfacing and Site Restoration to Return Disturbed Areas and Surface Improvements Back to Original Conditions. Bid Security, in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Dollar Amount, is Required to Be Submitted With Each Bid.
